Please respond to this email by Saturday, December 14th. We will need to size and order costumes as soon as we get back from Winter Break to get them in time for the 2025 Performance. (See Attached Costume Information Letter from the email sent)

We will not be able to order a costume if you have not responded YES that you are performing and sent in your costume measurements. If you cannot make a decision at this time, please let the office know immediately.

Please measure your child and enter your measurements in the email spots below. If you have questions, please contact the studio office. If you are having trouble, please bring your student to the office this week during office hours and we will measure them.

COSTUMES

The costume book is out on the main lobby counter so you can see what your costume(s) look like. (Refer to Pricing Sheet)

HOW TO PAY: You can pay online through your PBC account or drop off the attached form with your cash/check payment. You can also email/call the office to make a payment.

Costume payments are DUE BY: Thursday, February 1, 2025

If you are on Auto Pay this will come out with your monthly tuition payment UNLESS payment was made earlier than 2/1/25 or you have notified us of a different payment method.
